We prefer to use round baling with our hay to better preserve stem integrity and fibre quality. Triple sieved and processed through advanced dust extraction, our chaff contains minimal dust to support respiratory health. Steam cut and chopped to an ideal fibre length, our chaff promotes chewing to stimulate saliva production, supporting digestive health and helping to reduce gastric risk. The fibrous texture naturally slows feed intake for improved nutrient absorption and calmer feeding behaviour supporting horse health and performance.

Every batch is steam cut, triple sieved and dust extracted to remove fines and deliver exceptional cleanliness and safety. The result is fresh, consistent chaff with minimal dust and excellent fibre quality. Importantly, our chaff offers known nutritional value — giving horse owners confidence in exactly what they are feeding, every bag, every time.

Export Accredited

Our facility is Australian Biosecurity accredited (formerly AQIS), meeting strict quality control and export standards. We have full traceability of our chaff from paddock to feed bin and print each bag with a production date and batch number. Our chaff is made to order to optimise freshness and has a 12 month shelf life from date of production— giving you peace of mind and confidence the quality of our chaff is of the highest standard.
